Ideal Format

The Greeks said that all beauty is mathematics and there is a number that can describe visual beauty: phi that is also expressed as the proportion 1:1,618.

Humankind uses this same proportion to achieve balance, harmony and beauty in creations of art, architecture, colours, design, composition, space and even music.

The brand slogan is woven through the brand symbol and brand name through an unusual yet balanced layout of the type.

This woven layout of type leads the spectator’s eyes to the brand descriptor. The letters TM, the international abbreviation for trademark, finish the arrangement of all the brandmark elements.

Further effects were manually added and then digitally manipulated to obtain a three dimensional sculpted look and feel of the brand symbol and brand name type.

A shadow was added to some brandmark elements to further enhance the three dimensional sculpted look and feel.

For a more dramatic effect, a dark background was added and some elements reversed in white.

The brandmark is converted from monochrome to Tyrian or royal purple, the brand colour.

The brandmark is finished with a brush-painted background that contrasts well with the other polished elements and adds a hand-finished look and feel that creates an over-all classic impression.
