
After approval of a brandmark, I apply the brandmarks’s visual identity to the corporate stationary (electronic and paper), electronic templates and presentations, folders, brochures, signage, vehicle livery, uniforms and corporate clothing, certificates, invitations, packaging, labels and other branded items.
The rollout could be effective from the launch date or over time to allow stock levels of existing branded items and printed matter to deplete.
I oversee the proper implementation of the visual brand identity with or without the help of a brand champion that is chosen from the client’s staff. To avoid brand corruption and insure proper maintenance of the brandmark and identity, I supply a comprehensive brandmark identity manual or Brand Bible.
In addition, access of digital files of the brandmark where needed by suppliers, are strictly controlled and monitored by the brand champion or me.
To monitor proper implementation of the newly created or updated brandmark, I conduct post implementation audits regularly.
